24/3/24: I'm bringing this mod back up for anyone interested in downloading it, but I will not be updating it or providing any support/help in the future. I've done everything in my power to try and make it as compatible with other mods as I can, and I've detailed any possible issues you might encounter below and in the Posts section.
I will NOT answer any further questions or reports related to this mod. Please don't ask me to do it. Again, there's plenty of information on any compatibility issues and how to solve them in this page.
I’ve always liked the tattoos Shadowheart had in her original concept art (linked below), so I did my best to recreate and add them to her in-game. This was probably one of the hardest mods I’ve ever tackled (due to coding issues + having to redraw the whole thing two times) and I’m proud that it’s even out at all.

HOW TO INSTALL (AND UNINSTALL)
You need Mod Fixer for this mod to work if you're on Patch 6 or older. If you have Patch 7, Mod Fixer is no longer required.
I highly recommend installing this with the BG3 Mod Manager. You can technically use Vortex, too, but there might be some issues; so, if in doubt, use BG3MM. I can't provide any help or support with installing this mod through Vortex or manually, since I don't use these methods myself.
To install: Download the .zip file, extract it, drop the .pak file onto the BG3MM, move it to the Active Mods column, and you're done!
To uninstall: Simply move the mod to the Inactive Mods column or delete it.
NEW! Added a lighter version for those of you who asked, you can see how it looks like in the gallery. Only download and install one version at a time.
COMPATIBILITY
NEW! Thanks to a wonderful rework by Padme4000, this mod now should be theoretically compatible with any other mod that edits Shadowheart, both through loose files and code. This means that mods like Shadowheart Hair Options should technically be compatible now.
