Shadowheart Lets Her Hair Down

Have you ever wished Shadowheart could let her hair down in camp at night for roleplay purposes, or just wanted her to have a loose hairstyle that still looks like her hair? Surely she doesn't sleep in all that metal? Well now you can! I originally made this mod for myself for use in my current Dark Urge x Shadowheart Youtube series, but I've had several of my subscribers ask me to release it publicly, so here it is!

What this mod does:

This Mod adds three loose hairstyles for shadowheart (or your body type 1 character!) in the CC, as well as her vanilla hairstyles, and two variations of a cut content hairstyle for her which I added physics to! This makes for easy swapping between hairstyles for roleplay purposes or otherwise. Previously if you changed her hairstyle in the CC, there was no way to get her vanilla hair back, but now you can! The hairs are only for body type 1 at the moment, including giths and tiefs, I need to learn how to convert it for other body types still <3

A standalone replacer version is available in the old files section if you simply wish to replace her hair completely and bypass the need for Appearance Edit Enhanced! Spoilers ahead if you haven't finished her story yet!  REPLACERS DON'T WORK ON PATCH 8 I NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS STILL.

What you need:

This mod technically works standalone to add the hairstyles to the CC, BUT, you won't be able to use them on Shadowheart without the mod Appearance Edit Enhanced and its optional file, "Appearance Edit Origins." Without those, you won't be able to edit Shadowheart's appearance. If you just want these hairstyles for your own character though, feel free to only download this mod! ImpUI is highly recommended as well, although not technically necessary.

Recommended Mods:

Shadowheart's Nightly Hairdo - This mod allows you to configure Shadowheart's hair to automatically change styles at night in camp, so she can wear it up during adventures and then switch to the hair from the CC version of my mod at night! It also allows you to swap styles at will without going into the mirror.

Shadowheart Hair Tweak - Adjusts Shadowheart's bangs on her default hairstyle to look nicer and refits the circlet for them, fully compatible with my mod and will change her default up-style that is included in the CC version. I use this one in all of my own playthroughs, and Down Style E & F are based on it with permission from SunnyGrassy! The circlet from that mod works a lot better with my hairs too.
