This mod changes the default cantrip for the High Half-Elf to whatever you want. There are a few caveats though; the main one being that this will only work on new games
Unfortunately this is due to the fact that the cantrip set to whatever the default cantrip is for that race; in this case firebolt. This is set as soon as you've recruited the companion and cannot be changed after the fact. I'm sure there is a way around this with some scripting, but unfortunately I don't know how, if I or anyone else figures this out feel free to implement it.
The other caveat is that this will certainly affect NPC High Half-Elf's as well. Whether that matters or not I don't know
