Changes the generated skins for Tav males on the following races: Humans, Elfs, Halfelves, Tieflings, Drows to Sebastian the vamipire spawn skin
If you just choose his head his eyes won't glow so I had to actually insert his skin into the generated character creation
You must choose elf eye color for his eyes to glow, otherwise they won't
