8. 1 update has been released. No gameplay changes. I have replaced the ai-generated class icon with my own human slop. As of version 8. 1, this mod has become completely ai-free. Lv20 version can also be found in optional files.

Some addition notes: when this mod first released back in December 2023, the class icon was ai-generated. While all other icons were handmade, they looked horrible and nothing liked style of the vanilla game. Over time, I got better with editing and photobashed tons of new icons to match vanilla style, but the class icon remained as ai-generated. At some point I even had an ai-generated banner, which is now deprecated. While this mod has been feature complete for a long time, I decided to revisit it and get rid of the final bit of ai content, hence this small update. When you search for this mod online, the search engine may still have snapshots of old versions which is unfortunate, but know that version 8. 1 is now 100% ai-free.

Overview

Scrounger class took inspirations from Biomech arts, Speculative Evolution, Horror Scifi, and such. It specializes in biological, biomechanical and chemical engineering.

As a cultist that worships Witch Machinatio, you can fabricate a wide range of unique, custom-made consumables and tools, unleash bio-engineered abominations or even modify your own genetic code. From grenades that cause hallucination to bolts that grow malicious flora on the ground, you decide how you want to torment the warzone.

No vanilla items or abilities were overwritten, every item from this mod uses its own template, and every ability has its own entry. This ensures maximum compatibility with other mods while keeping the requirement minimal.
