Notes
-After recruiting Owlbear Cub to your camp, the "Summon Familiar: Hoot" spell is automatically added to the Host Character. This is a one time event and will not grant the spell retroactively.
-Hoot's camp appearance also changes as he grows.
-Hoot has their own summon stack, so they can be used with other familiars.
-Hoot's level starts at 4 and scales with the summoner every 2 levels.
-Summoning Hoot does not have a cooldown, but cannot be used in combat.
-The Endgame (last 2 fights) and Epilogue version of Hoot are not synced with my version of Hoot and may be able to coexist with each other (I will fix this)

Owlbear Charge: (New Ability)
-Costs an action
-Charge forward up to 30ft dealing bludgeoning damage (see below) and knocking enemies down unless they succeed a strength saving throw.

-While raging, Hoot can attack using a bonus action
