Sandi's Short Rest Casters

Casters have around half as many Spell Slots, and those Spell Slots recharge on a Short Rest.

Various spell slot creation/recovery features modified to fit.

Requirements:

Requires Script Extender. If you do not have it you will get normal amounts of Spell Slots that recover on Short Rest.

Compatibility:

Should be compatible with just about everything. Uses Script Extender to modify the spell slots on all caster classes based on whether they are set to be a full caster, half caster or one-third caster. Will also work on modded classes if they have been set up in the same way as BG3 non-warlock casters.

Other abilities and effects:

Arcane Recovery (Wizard)

Arcane Recovery would be fairly pointless when short resting already replenishes spell slots. It has been renamed to Arcane Channelling and now creates a spell slot that lasts for the day but will not replenish on rests.

Natural Recovery (Druid)

Same as Arcane Recovery, renamed to Nature's Power

Sorcerer's created spell slots will also be non-replenishing to maintain vanilla balance. To make up for no longer being the only class that can create spell slots, they have gained an extra Sorcery Point at levels 3, 5 and 9.

Elixirs of Arcane Cultivation

These Elixirs that grant an extra spell slot also now grant a non-replenishing spell slot, making them mostly the same as vanilla.
