Converts the 3d10 Necrotic damage dice of the basegame Inflict Wounds.

Version A - Split Force, Thunder and Lightning damage

Similarly to Tempest's Favour, I wanted to keep the even scaling of the Vanilla Spell (+1d10 Necrotic damage) but evenly split between the two Tempest elements; at Spell Level 9 Roiling Strike will roll for 1d10 Force damage, 5d10 Thunder damage and 5d10 Lightning damage.
