They are dropped by the respective bosses and are also available in the Tutorial Chest.
The Tabards would clip very badly with cloaks, so they are seperate items. I removed the "skirt" of the Robe for personal preference.
The items work on all races and genders. The Warden's armor has two major parts (the body and skirt) which are unavailable to most races (only non-strong females) - however, I made other races use a similar armor so it works for everyone.
The Tabard's back can't be seen from the front and vice-versa, its a one-sided mesh. I won't be fixing this. Original Nere has the same issue.
