📋 About This Mod
Short Rest restores only 1/4 of HPs. Partial Rest restores no HP and no spell slots. Both available as stand alone.
A simple edit to remove Partial Rests abuses and nerf Short Rests slightly.
Highly recommended to be used alongside Long Rest Costs Tweaks.
Short Rest now only replenish 25% of your health.
Partial Rest doesn't restore any of your health nor spell slots.
No other changes, they still restore your cooldowns etc.
Alternate stand alone versions available in the Optional Files.
Possible amelioration

[]Adding "exhausted" status after taking a partial rest with a "last till longrest" duration. But the only references to partial rest I found doesn't allow any added modifier

]I added Localization to reflect the changes but it doesn't work and I can't find why... I did the same thing I usually do.
