Resonance Stone Rebalanced

Rebalances Resonance Stone so it's not overpowered: instead of a free-to-apply Aura, now it's a spell that applies a one-time Vulnerability to up to 3 targets for 2 turns, usable only Once-Per-Long-Rest. Illithids can cast a more powerful version of this. Undead and Illithids and their kind are immune to this.

The spell is granted to whoever is holding the Resonance Stone in their inventory.

The Vulnerability only lasts for 1 hit, after which is removed. It is only removed if the hit actually inflicted Psychic Damage though.

Illithids, Partial-Illithids/ceremorphs and Full-Illithids/ceremorphs gain an additional effect when using this ability: Illithid's Onsalught, the target also gains Disadvantage on their next mental Saving Throw.

Undead and Illithids and their kind are immune to Mental Resonance (and Illithid's Onslaught). Additionally, Githyanki that have the Psionic Ward condition are also immune to this effect.

The cooldown is party-wide so you can't exploit it by moving the Resonance Stone between party members.
