Remove Ritual Casting

This mod entirely removes ritual casting, forcing you to expend spell slots for utility spells whilst out of combat. Why? Because I thought it would be neat. It's also something to spice runs up a bit, and gives more use to items like potions of glorious vaulting.

Spells altered: Detect Thoughts, Disguise Self, Enhance Leap, Feather Fall, Find Familiar, Longstrider, Silence, Speak with Animals, Speak with Dead.

All spells still operate the same way they normally do, like upcasted longstrider letting you select multiple targets.

I was going to tamper with Mystra's Grace and the Mask of the Shapeshifter as well, but I decided against it. Especially with the maskbeing DLC which would probably get weird with people who don't own the DLC.
