Description
Some of the faces have very heavy wrinkles which I find a bit silly since they can be added by adjusting the maturity slider if that's your preference.
For this mod I smoothed out the skin textures to remove pronounced wrinkles.
I may do other races and genders if anyone asks.

Installation
Extract the contents of the zip file into BG3 Data directory.
For instance, if you're using steam this would be something like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\
After copying you should have a directory called Generated in the Data directory.
If there is an existing folder called Generated it should be safe to copy it as it will copy all the nested folders into the existing Generated folder; otherwise it will highlight any conflicts.
The changes were done by smoothing out the NM DDS skin texture in GIMP using DDS plugin. Further reductions can be made by modifying the CLEA and HMVY skin textures - but requires more fineness as blending makes it less natural.
