Red Quasit (Shovel)

I didnt like Shovel (Quasit) being green. So I made him her red (okay actually more grey but i already named the file Red and couldnt be bothered to change it in all the different locations). Now he she looks much more like the slayer (I have a mod that lets him her morph into slayer--- working on editing it down so slayer is smaller and weaker so its not unbelievably broken).

Should work with any mods modifying their stats or abilities or literally anything besides model/texture (IE probably wont work with the "handsome shovel" mod haha - haven't tried though)

  Thanks goes to Oiml, I was stuck and went to the modding discord for help. I spent many hours trying to figure this out, Oiml let me know my mistake was that the .json script file is case sensitive and I wrote "Public" for the path in the file, but named my folder "public".

  If you click on "permissions" I describe how you can change this yourself if you want him her colored differently.
