Warlock's Bind Pact Weapon and Hexblade's Bind Hexed Weapon now works on Ranged Weapons.
You can still only have one bound weapon at a time. So if you have a melee and ranged weapon equipped, just unsheathe the weapon you want to bind then cast the spell.
