Radiant Retort and Fleeting Protection Edits

Who would wanna get one shot by reflect damage.

What does this mod do?

Offer you 3 choices whether you want Fleeting Protection and Radiant Retort to be at 100%, 50%, or 25% reflect damage instead of 200%

And change Radiant Retort to actually be Sharran passive

Shadow Retort: from Force to Necrotic reflect damage and change icon from generic radiant to generic Necrotic to show the actual damage dealt (like its counterpart, Caustic Retort and Fleeting Protection)

Base on every Sharran equipment we have encountered, it's fair to say making Sharran deal necrotic damage back to their attackers is more thematically "correct".

Compatibility

It shouldn't have any conflicts with other mods, or affect anything else in the game as long as they don't edit following stats.

Installation and Uninstallation

Can be install/uninstall at any point of the game. Install and uninstall like any other mods - download and put it in load order.
