Hotkeys for useful actions the game does not let you bind:

Item under the cursor

• []Add to Wares - Alt + Right-Click[/]

  []Send to character - pick your own key[/]

• []Organize - Middle-click[/]

  []Organize the whole party - Ctrl + Shift + Middle-click[/]

  []Clear new-item markers - Alt + Z[/]

• []Travel to or from camp - Alt + C[/]

  []Learn spells from scrolls - Ctrl + Shift + S[/]

Modathon 2026

This mod grew a lot during the Baldur's Gate 3 Modathon 2026. 1. 4. 0 added the in-game settings window. 1. 5. 0 turned the original two hotkeys into six and renamed the mod to Quality of Life Hotkeys. 1. 6. 0 adds Learn spells from scrolls, Organize the whole party, and Send to character, and reworks the sorting order. Thanks to the organizers, and to everyone who suggested and reported things.

Item under the cursor

These three actions act on the item under the cursor: single items, multi-selected items, and items lying in the world.

Add to Wares: Alt + Right-Click

• []In your inventory (including backpacks): mark the item as a ware, or unmark it.[/]

  []In a container or a corpse: take the whole stack and mark it as a ware. (Nothing is taken from trade or pickpocket windows.)[/]

  []On an item lying in the world (its model or its name label): your character walks over, picks it up, and marks it as a ware.[/]

  []On an item in your camp chest (or a backpack inside it): your character takes it out and marks it as a ware.[/]

  []Gold: picked up, but not marked (gold can't be a ware).[/]

  []On an open container's title bar or empty background: take all eligible contents and mark them as Wares. This is enabled by default and can be turned off in the settings window.[/]

Send to Camp: Ctrl + Alt + Right-Click

[]In your inventory (including backpacks): the item goes to your camp chest.[/]

[]In a container or a corpse: the whole stack goes to your camp chest. (Nothing is taken from trade or pickpocket windows.)[/]

[]On an item lying in the world (its model or its name label): your character walks over, picks it up, and it goes to the camp chest.[/]
