Practical 5e Spells

Practical 5e Spells is not a redux of the existing 5e Spells mod, and it's not intended to compete with it. This is intended to be a lightweight, standalone mod containing 5th Edition spells I think could use useful without being too much of a headache, while leaving out the rest. Yes, Green-Flame Blade was a headache to implement. Yes, I could have stopped at any time. No, I'm not an addict (trust me bro). Anyway, now I know better.

This is being built entirely by hand from the ground up to fit my tastes, and so some things will naturally work differently than they might in other mods. I'm happy to get suggestions for spells you'd like to see or changes I could make, but don't count on me to implement any of it.
