Simply gives you a pouch (Pouch of Dyes) containing one of every dye in the game.
Pairs well with Limitless Dyes.
TECHNICAL
INSTALLATION
Safe to install mid-playthrough. Based on testing, it appears safe to remove too, but the pouch is a new item template which will disappear.
COMPATIBILITY
