This is a simple mod to add a circle/headband to the game that will set your intelligence, dexterity and constitution to 20. It looks the same as most circlets, ie the headband of intelligence. I made this for myself and a friend I multiplayer with and so it's ending up on here too. I admit some people might find it too OP and that's okay whatever you want to do with your game. It's a simple mod using the games already established assets.
This mod has been update to allow the following vendors to sell the headband:
Lady Esther
Act 2 Dammon
Quartermaster in Act 2 at Last Light Inn (Talli)
Araj (Act 2 at Moonglow Towers)
Flytz the Firecracker (Act III, lower City)
Lann Tavv (Act 2)
If you have access to the tutorial chest in the beginning of the game you'll find it there too. (Also there might be mods that allow you to spawn it.)
