Pactbound Normal List Patch

This mod is designed for players who use Pactbound and various mod spells but find that Mystic Arcanum has been tweaked to the point where they can't use them.

I've updated it to use both the original (level 6) and Expansion mod (levels 7-9) spell lists to ensure that all mod spells reappear in Mystic Arcanum.

Also, based on dnd5e2024's progress, I've removed the warlock spell selection at levels 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 (it was too much).

I've retained the Eldritch Invocations selection at level 20, since Pactbound has Eldritch Invocations that are only available at level 20. Of cause I can easily remove it if anyone requests it.
