Pact of the Talisman Boon

Holding this warlock patron's talisman, you feel a watchful eye upon you.At 3rd level, warlocks can choose Pact of the Talisman as a Pact Boon, which bestows the pacted warlock with a magical talisman able to protect and bend the fate of whomever holds it.

BOON FEATURES

Summon Pact Talisman

Permanently summon a magical talisman. This talisman weighs nothing and needs only be in a character's inventory to benefit from it. The talisman can be traded to and from any ally, but you can only summon 1 talisman at a time. To summon your pact talisman you must be outside of combat and simply target an ally within melee range. Summoning the talisman again removes the previous talisman.

Talisman Charges

You gain 4 Talisman Charges to use your pact features. These charges replenish on a short rest.

Boon of the Talisman

A warlock can add a +1d4 bonus to the talisman wearer's ability checks for 1 round as an action at the cost of 1 Talisman Charge.

Protection of the Talisman

When the talisman wearer fails a saving throw, as a reaction, the warlock can add a +1d4 bonus to the roll at the cost of 1 Talisman Charge.

DEEPENED PACT

At 5th level, Pact of the Talisman warlocks benefits from Deepened Pact, gaining the following:

Rebuke of the Talisman

When the talisman wearer is hit, the warlock can retaliate as a reaction dealing psychic damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus and knocking the attacker back 9m (30 feet).

You gain a 5th Talisman Charge.
