Drag the zip file into mod manager, make sure it's in the right panel in "Active Mods", hit Save Load Order to File then Export Order to Game
When you load a save or start a new game it should give a notice about third party mods
It should be compatible with mods that changes race, like Unleashed. Although, both my mod and his mod changes the same file, it should be fine since we change different entries
Mods that changes classes are also fine as long as they overwrite my mod (obviously my mod will no longer provide bonuses for a level 1 cleric if you download a mod that changes it, but will work on the rest)
I haven't tested it fully, so there might be some missing things, just let me know. Hopefully i haven't missed anything.
It works with loaded games (at least for me).
Overpowered is a gameplay mod that lets you take a feat every 2 levels or every 1 level, doubles your resources and spellslots, and optionally boosts the 'Ability Improvement' feat to give +4, +6, or +12 ability scores instead of the standard +2. It's for players who want a more powerful, faster-progressing character without grinding.
