Open hand monk Revised

I made small changes to open hand monk for my playthrough for some more balance and some more utility.

I think the open hand is already a great subclass, but it can be even better.

Changes i made:

1. Now Open Hand monk at lvl 6 receive - Redirect Attack (similar to Way of the Drunken Master)

Because i think its fits Open Hand pretty well.

2. Stunning Strike (Melee) and Stunning Strike (Unarmed) are now cost 3 ki points insted of 1. (be cereful its change apply for all subclasses)

I think its cool ability, but when you can spam it, its become stupid overpowered, so now you need to think properly when to use it, to not waste all you ki point pretty fast.

3. Flurry of Blows: Stagger now have chance to disarm enemy (its work similiar to Disarming Attack (Melee))

I always want my monk can disarm enemies, but for some reasons all disarm attacks require weapons in bg3...(so even multiclassing cant get me some disarm strike) So i change Flurry of Blows: Stagger, a least useful ability to me, to be more interesting and useful.

UPDATE - add a version of mod where Flurry of Blows: Stagger and Flurry of Blows: Push target enemy dexterity insted of strength, like Flurry of Blows: Topple do it, because on wiki it say

Instalation - Just drop it in BG3ModManager, and activate in the game menu. Or drop in mod folder Users\username*\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods, and activate in the game menu.
