The first of the Phoenix Knights hailed from the fallen city of Thalenmere, a once-glorious stronghold brought low by orcish raiders. Mortally wounded and surrounded, the last surviving knight fell to his knees in prayer—not to a god, but to the ancient flame that legends spoke of: the Distant Ember. And from the ashes of despair, it answered. Bathed in sacred fire, the knight rose anew, his soul ignited, and turned the tide alone. His name is lost to time, but his legacy burns eternal. Those who swear the Oath of the Phoenix do not fear death—they embrace it as a chapter in the endless cycle. You gain resistance to fire and radiant damage, deal bonus fire damage on weapon attacks equal to your Charisma modifier, and gain access to a fire breath weapon, a fiery diving strike, and a flame charge.
