Shadowdancer

Shadowdancers are spellblades in the truest sense of the word. They draw their power from the Shadow Weave, channeling the darkness of the Shadowfell into blades of shadow and sinister magic. Blending martial skill with arcane might, they strike with spectral grace while bending shadows to their will. Beyond combat, they summon entities born of gloom, tear shadows from the dead, and command an ever-growing legion of shadow-born thralls, becoming commanders of a silent legion that marches beneath the moonless sky.

The Shadowdancer subclass focuses on using its unique Shadow Essence resource to activate its own subclass-unique skills to teleport around the field, strike with psychic power, and rip the souls of the dead from corpses to form Shadow Summons. Strong enough to fight on your own, but with the assistance of your Shadows, you will be able to crush anyone standing in your way.

This is my first subclass mod, with many more hopefully to come! Any and all feedback, especially constructive criticism, is highly appreciated!

When adding this mod, you will need the Animation Unlocker by XiphiasRex on mod.io, as it unlocks the animations for the Shadowdancer's skills.

Also, it is highly suggested to play this subclass in Tactician or Honour mode, or Custom with Tactician difficulties and Honour Ruleset! If you want this to be REALLY interesting, add the Enemy HP boost 500% by KапитанKакао, also on mod.io! It makes the game difficult, but you get the full experience of having your army clash with the hoards of enemies!

Subclass Features

• []Strength of the Grave - After reaching 0 Hit Points, you regain 1 instead of becoming downed. (Once per Long Rest)

  []Shadow Sight - You can see in magical and non-magical darkness for up to 160ft, and you are immune to being Blinded.

  []Gifts of the Shadow Weave - The power of the Shadow Weave has granted you access to Shadow Spell Slots instead of normal Spell Slots, and Shadow Essence points. Shadow Essence points fuel your unique skills. You gain additional Shadow Essence points equal to 1 + your Intelligence Modifier every other level.

  []Ruler's Authority - Target a creature or an object in a 50ft radius, and if they fail a Strength Save, you can move them to another spot within 50ft of you.
