Gives you 2 spells that allow moving the camp starting positions for any character in your camp.
Cast the Shout spell on yourself, or the Target spell on Characters you can't currently become (Scratch, etc).
*characters close enough to their tents may still walk over and perform camp activities. They will come back to their new spot when done with their activities.
