📋 About This Mod
Spring is almost here! I was playing around in Blender and thought these heads were so pretty, so I wanted to share.

I am no longer uploading versions for EOTB or UT/KAVT since Vol is amazing and made patches. Please download those!
These are also a little thank you gift over on another site for almost 3k members. 💖
Adds 2 BT1 head presets for Elf, Drow, HED, Tief, and Human races in Baldur's Gate 3. A compact cosmetic mod with 34 endorsements and over 21k downloads, last updated February 2026. For players wanting more head variety for these races.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid download-to-endorsement ratio (21k downloads, 34 endorsements) — plenty of people are using it, even if they aren't all endorsing
- Covers five popular races in one mod, so you get variety without juggling multiple files
- Recently updated (Feb 2026), so it's likely compatible with current game patches
⚠️ Cons
- Only 2 heads per race — if you're looking for a big pack, this is a small addition
- No screenshots or detailed preview in the description, so you're flying blind on how they look
- Low endorsement count (34) means it's not a community favorite — might be a niche pick
For Baldur's Gate 3 players who want a couple of extra head options for Elf, Drow, HED, Tief, or Human characters without overhauling the whole game. Skip if you want a large head pack or gameplay changes — this is purely cosmetic.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or BG3 Mod Manager to install — it'll handle file placement automatically
- Make sure you have the 'Mod Fixer' mod if you're using other mods, as it helps with compatibility
- Preview the heads in character creation before committing — you can cycle through options to see if they fit your vision
