There are two backpacks: for the body/cloak and camp/underwear slots
Slot versions have different colors:
Cloak - gold (legendary)
Body - pink (very rare)
Camp - blue (rare)
Underwear - green (uncommon)
Note that a lot of these options are meant to be worn under other pieces, so they don't have waistbands. And 'skirts' might not hide private parts
