This has been a work in progress for so long and was teased many times since the conception. Now...it's finally done (ish).
Introducing my Mel Medarda cosmetic pack! The second in my Arcane series (and maybe my last unless I get some second wind. More LoL stuff coming though.).
The hair and tattoos are inspired by the works of:
Anna Nikonova
Edouard Cellura
Mel was an instant favorite when I saw her, and I've wanted to recreate her tattoos so badly. This mostly took a while because I was having a lot of trouble with the shoulders and arms, but I'm glad to say that I overcame my weaknesses and finally got it done.
I have provided customization patches for the body tattoos, but please feel free to unpack those and edit to your heart's content.
For the face tattoos, I recommend Yellow 3 to match the body tattoos, but you can do anything you want.
