Mazzle and Moxi's Group Climbing Fix

In patch 7, Larian inexplicable changed how group climbing works so that only one character could climb a ladder at a time, which made it much more time-consuming to climb ladders, cliff faces, etc.  This basically restores the pre-patch 7 behavior.   If you need a moment to do a happy dance, please do that now.

Note that only party members grouped with the climber will group climb.  Party members in combat will not group climb or have others group climb to follow them.

This version uses a different technique than my other Group Climbing Mod which requires ScriptExtender.  I'm not sure if there's any meaningful difference.  I'm more confident about what the other mod is doing, as this is my first Osiris mod and it uses a little weirder technique than the other mod.  That said, I can't currently tell the difference between the two in-game.  And this one can work on Macs and hopefully console.
