Extract the contents of the zip ("Generated" folder) into your Data folder (disk:\steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)
Two options:
Mari's makeup PACK 2 - replacer: will replace all makeup in the game
Mari's makeup PACK 2 - Unique Tav: replace only the makeup for your character (Unique Tav is required to install!)

If the makeup don't show up on the Unique Tav version, that's not my mod's problem! It's just a texture that will work anyway. New patches cannot break this. Make sure you have the latest version of Unique Tav and its requirements, and also check if your heads are compatible with it.
