Manual Breathing Spell Mod

Adds a new spell: Manual Breathing, that can be Upcast. Also adds an amulet of Manual Breathing, that can be bought in act 1 and 2 (Grove for ex). Can be learnt along with level 2 spells with bard, cleric, sorcerer or wizard.

This Spell is a forbidden classic spell of the wizard council (huge inspiration from Testicular Torsion mod also available on nexusmods).

Manual Breathing is a debuff spell that gives disadvantage on constitution and saving throws using constitution, and reduces the movement speed and range. Also breaks concentration of target if spell succeeds.
