Mantle of Holy Light - New Unique Cloak

Adds a new unique cloak, Mantle of Holy Light. This new Very Rare cloak projects an Orb of Holy Light that protects you from the Shadow Curse, lets you cast the Healing Incense Aura Once-Per-Long-Rest and has +2 to Death Saving Throws.

A soothing warm holy glow, reminiscent of the Upper Planes, subtly emanates from this cloak. Such a divine light cannot be extinguished by shadow magic and protects you from it. When you touch the cloak, you feel at ease. Just being around it makes you feel better, if slightly.

On top of this being a cloak designed to be great for Healer/Support characters (there isn't any cloak in the base game that quite fulfills that role), this will also give the player a new way to protect themselves from the Shadow Curse, along with the new cool VFX of the Orb of Holy Light that illuminates your surroundings with a dim, warm and gentle light to accompany you while you explore dungeons! This Orb of Light can be turned off whenever you want by toggling its associated passive off. Perfect for Aasimars characters too for RP.

The cloak can be found in the Gilded Chest under the Mason Guild in Act 2, the same place where you find the Helmet of Arcane Acuity (the room with many Shadows and a Wraith). Additionally, it can be found in the Tutorial Chest of the Nautiloid (in case you missed the item you can spawn the chest and get it from here).
