📋 About This Mod
Based on Emet-Selch's face texture with dark accented eyes. Used vemperen's Gaskarth/elf head B1 texture as a base.
If there is a head you want to retexture that isn't here, you can download any of the vanilla files and rename them accordingly. Padme details which head # belongs to which mesh here: Padme's BG3 Tutorials and Modding Resources.
Installation:
1. Extract using winrar.
2. Drag & drop the "Generated" folder into your “Data” folder: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data.
3. Please note, this will also affect NPCs if you are using a vanilla head.
The game launcher may display a data mismatch warning. Please ignore this.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 550 endorsements and 25k+ downloads.
- Gives your male Tav that Emet-Selch vibe without needing a full character overhaul.
- Recently updated, so it's likely compatible with the latest game patches.
⚠️ Cons
- Only face textures—no hair, outfit, or other gear to complete the look.
- Author didn't include screenshots or install instructions, so you're on your own.
- No mention of which races or body types are supported, so it might not work for all.
For Baldur's Gate 3 players who want their male character to look like FF14's Emet-Selch. If you're a fan of the character and want a subtle face texture change, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for a full character overhaul or if you play a female character.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's just textures, you can easily preview it in the character creator before finalizing.
- Make sure to place the .pak file in the Mods folder and enable it in the mod manager.
- If you're using other face mods, load order might matter—put this one after to override.
