Magical Ambush Fix

This is a very simple mod that fixes all 3 broken instances, in which hiding (sneaking) is supposed to trigger a status.

1. Magical Ambush from Arcane Trickster Subclass

2. Covert Critical from Shade-Slayer Cloak

3. Dread Iron Dagger

These are the sources of such statuses with the broken code.

THIS MOD NEEDS TO BE LOADED AS LATE AS POSSIBLE. Preferably right before Compatibility Framework/various mod patches (which should be loaded last).

If your log does not say anything about receiving Magical Ambush condition - that means that the mod is working. If I didn't turn this off, your combat log would be overflowing with " received condition: Magical Ambush" logs each time your character moved.

To see if you received Magical Ambush condition, look at the statuses next to your character's portrait - its icon should pop up there as usual.

If you're doing a solo run, I am afraid the only way to check if this mod works is to test it by looking at the combat log after you cast a spell while hidden to see, if your targer rolled with a disadvantage.

Also, none of the images on this page belong to me. I took the Magical Ambush icon image from the wiki, and it belongs to Larian Studios. I think that's pretty obvious, but it's better to mention it anyway.
