HOW TO OBTAIN
Both the Rare and Legendary versions of the staff can be found inside the Tutorial Potions chest, or summoned with Tutorial Chest Summoning
BALANCING
As of update 2. 0, the mod now comes with one Rare variant and one Legendary variant. The Legendary variant comes with Moonbeam and is made for later game. Feedback is welcome though, as I am limited to my measly Act 1 knowledge.
Of course, if my balancing isn't to your taste, you can always use the Transmog Mod to apply
the look of my staff to any staff you are currently using.
Or alternatively if you don't mind editing an XML file and unpacking/repacking my mod you can change Weapons.txt.
It's in \LunarLight\Public\LunarLight\Stats\Generated\Data after unpacking the mod with BG3MultiTool (by dragging the pack file into it. There should be folder where your Multitool is located called UnpackedMods) - changing the damage should be fairly self explanatory, it looks how it does in game, just match spacings and punctuation to how they already appear.
After saving that, just repack the mod with the same BG3MultiTool (by dragging the newly edited LunarLight folder into it) and you now have your own personal zip file you can add to the Mod Manager.
KNOWN ISSUES
None as of update 2. 02 :D

A personal retexture of a vanilla weapon for Selûnite characters, added as a custom weapon so it doesn't affect other textures. With 90 endorsements and 3,403 downloads, it's a niche cosmetic mod for Baldur's Gate 3 players who want a lunar-themed staff without altering the base game.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Custom weapon means no texture conflicts—your other gear stays untouched.
- Community-approved with 90 endorsements and over 3,400 downloads.
- Perfect for Selûnite roleplay builds—adds that lunar flair without overhauling the game.
⚠️ Cons
- Uses a vanilla model, so it won't look drastically different from the original.
- Last updated in October 2024—might not be compatible with future patches.
For Baldur's Gate 3 players who want a subtle lunar-themed staff for their Selûnite cleric or paladin. Skip if you're looking for a flashy new weapon model or major gameplay changes—this is purely cosmetic.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a custom weapon, you'll need to spawn it via console or a mod like the Cheat Engine table—check the mod page for details.
- Make sure you have the latest game patch installed, as mods can break with updates.
- If you're using a mod manager, load this mod after other equipment mods to avoid conflicts.
