Luck of the Far Realms - Toggled Passive

Change Luck of the Far Realms to a toggled passive, so you no longer need to go through the tedious process of "Enable Reaction Ask → use Luck of the Far Realms → Disable Reaction Ask". When you use up Luck of the Far Realms charge, this passive will disappear from temporary passive hotbar automatically. This passive is usable while shapeshifting.
