Lightning Charge - Fix

So, lightning charges, eh. That seems to be a whole topic for maximizing damage due to the fact that a lot of damage bonuses will be applied twice when the additional damage of lightning charge is dealt.

While I found it fun at first, I soon felt as if I was cheating and dealing way more damage than I should have. So I wanted to find a way to still maintain the mechanics of cycling stacking charge/discharging them for damage, but without the exploits.

That mod does just that. It should work as intended - or at least as described - in game without any change for the player, except none additional damage should trigger from the lightning charges anymore.

Oh, and I corrected the tooltip saying the discharge was dealing 1d6 damage when it was actually dealing 1d8.

Little disclaimer : I could not test every lightning charge item because I haven't found all of them in game, but as my edits only change the lightning charge status itself, that should work with everything. Please tell me if there is a cornercase combination or a weird interaction I haven't foreseen.

If you want an more in-depth explanation of why it was doing that and what I did to solve it, feel free to ask, I'll just hint that it revolves around the difference between the DealDamage and the DamageBonus functions and their interactions.

I know there are other instances of the same issue with stuff that should deal bonus damage are instead dealing new instances of damage and so triggering again some bonuses. I will try to solve them one by one, but I feel it will take time as most of them are far more complicated (anything with throwing damage or reactions for example).
