You know that lamp you can find in Act 3? The one with the lavish interior you can step inside? Imagine having that from the moment you wake up on the beach after the Nautiloid crash.

Lamp Of Luxury puts a djinni lamp in your hands from the very beginning.

(You are given the lamp the first time the game starts after installing the mod)

Use it anywhere across all three acts, and step inside to your own private, fully furnished hideaway. Drop your loot, rearrange the furniture, make it home. When you come back, whether it's five minutes later or two acts later, everything is exactly how you left it.

How It Works

Like my Treehome mod, Lamp of Luxury (LoL) has my Safe Travel system built into it. Safe Travel is a unique teleportation system that makes traveling from the vanilla base game to modded levels and back happen safely without causing storybreaking issues in your game. This mod does not require independent installation of Safe Travel, as the same files are built into LoL.

Features

A Home That Follows You

Your lamp interior exists throughout the entire game. Use it in the Wilderness, the Shadow-Cursed Lands, or Baldur's Gate. No matter where you are in the story, your hideaway is one lamp-rub away.

Your Layout, Your Way

The lamp comes furnished, but nothing is sacred. Move the furniture, rearrange the decorations, clear the shelves. Make it your custom space to retreat to, since camps change so much throughout the game.

Rest at the Bed

Click the bed to restore your hit points and reset your abilities, a quick refresh between adventures without the commitment of a long rest. Spell slots are not restored, so it complements rather than replaces the long rest system.

Mystic Fountain

This is your personal storage area within the Lamp. Keep whatever you need here. Modders can add items to this by appending the treasure table MysticFountain.

Seamless In and Out

Use the lamp from the overworld and you're transported inside. Use it again and you return to exactly where you were standing. Your entire party, companions, followers, and summons, comes along both ways.
