This is my first mod for Baldur's Gate, so there may be some issues. Please report them in the comments or the bug section.

]All 3 heads are only available for the female regular body type[]All 3 heads are available for Elf, Drow, Half-Human, Human and Tiefling
[]The skeletons are not custom, the heads utilize vanilla base models. Human heads have some floating piercings (because the ears were resculpted). Tieflings have sharper teeth.
- The textures are heavily customized - replaced eyebrows, edited lip mask, added blush, edited normal map
Installation:
Import and install with BG3 Mod Manager or manually
Requires Improved UI for the icons to show up
