Kingsley the Blink Dog Familiar

By the time I got to Act 3 in my first playthrough, I had finally decided to read into more of the DnD universe and Faerûn as a whole. I saw that Blink Dogs were a thing and thought "UH, this would be the perfect companion for a my Conjuration wizard! I can't wait to meet one in BG3!"

Keep in mind, I was picturing a dog that was a cross between to John Patrick Gañas's art of Blink Dogs and everyone's favorite in game doggo, Scratch. Cut to the Circus of Last Days where you meet an in game Blink Dog (Bitey Buddy), I was like "What is that?? A tree bark dog?? mouse over it and clicks status OH! Wait, that's the... Hmmm..."

This led me down the road of braving Toolkit for the first time, long before I made invisible-making or pose mods. After a lot of trial and error, I had successfully made the dog I had always pictured my wizard would have!

Everyone meet Kingsley! He is a fully functional Blink Dog familiar and a certified lawful good boy.

He is bound to my wizard of course, but she worked on a few enchanted items so you too could get your hands on him. Problem is, she thinks she's misplaced the items...

He is available in 3 stages (Lesser, Greater, and True) throughout the game, the first two bound to an Amulet and a Ring, the last is a Spell Scroll.

Option #1/Act One

Any good wizard keeps a pouch for components at all times. It's just these pouches can be so damn small, the could fall down a hole that leads to the Underdark. Perhaps there's trader by the name of Blurg who picked up the Conjurer's Pouch or the Amulet of the Feywilds she was working on??

Option #2/Act Two

The ring she enchanted was in her backpack that she lost near the Shadow-Cursed Lands. You might want to check in with Mattis at the Last Light Inn and see if he knows anything about a missing Conjurer's Backpack or missing ring called A Conjurer's Best Friend

Option #3/Act 3

She's always hated her time in the Gate, from Upper to the Lower City. But like any wizard worth their salt, she knows you can always find a wizard's needs in city's largest magical goods store. Maybe the Scroll of Fey Canine she left in her copy of Tales of the Feywilds was found and brought to Tolna Tome-Monger a
