📋 About This Mod
I am so happy with how this turned out. This is a camp override mod that replaces the boring and ugly looking Act 1 camp, which, to me, always had a lot of potential for decorations. This was the first time i used the Toolkit and it took a lot of headaches to create this mod, so i hope you like it. At first i just wanted to make it for myself but then thought to share it with y'all. I placed some references in here as well from things i love and will list them below ❤️
Compatible with mods that edit already existing Companion tents, though there might be clipping depending on how much is added onto the tents and where they are located.
Not compatible with Tavs Tent in every camp or any mod that adds completely new tents to the camp itself.
Will conflict with mods that alter this camp (obviously) or the WLD_Main_A grid as they would override each other.
Just put the .pak into your modmanager or into your mods folder of the game and enjoy!
Known issues and troubleshooting
Currently there are some things to look out for that i cannot change as of now and that will be a minor inconvenience. In order to fix those issues i probably have to learn how to script items and events attached to them and that is not yet my main priority, but will be tackled later on as i learn more and more to work with the Toolkit.
1. When installing this mod during an ongoing playthrough, items like the books, crates, blue tents and torches will be in their original place and not in the spaces i assigned them to. That is because of the scripts attached to them most likely (haven't figured that one out yet).
2. If you uninstall it mid-playthrough while you used this mod, the Terrain and scenery and newly added items will revert back to their original appearance. But the items that were originally on this map will stay where i put them. This results in empty looking spaces.
3. I was not able to remove the Stone bed, one of the training dummies, the water barrel and the table with the unmoveable crate. That is because the toolkit loaded the camp into a state of BEFORE you enter it for the very first time. And the items that appear ar
