Kela Tobacco Project

This is a pre‑release version. What has already been implemented is described below.

I’ve published it to gather feedback, identify potential bugs, and collect suggestions.

Hand-making of tobacco

To make tobacco, use a "Mortar and Pestle" and a Pouch containing Mugwort and a second ingredient (you can add several different ingredients).

Standard base ingredient: Mugwort.

Smoking

Use a tobacco pouch to fill the pipe with tobacco.

Typical pipe load: 3 puffs.

Typical effect duration: 30 turns per puff.

Warning

Regular smoking imposes a penalty on Initiative and Constitution checks. Prolonged use may result in malaise, persistent headaches, or even nicotine toxicity.

Implement a unique effect for Halsin or his partner.

[ ] Complete the effects for all tobacco blends.

[ ] Add an additional effect when smoking via a hookah.

[ ] Place several tobacco pouches in the game world.

[ ] Fix identified bugs.

[ ] Adjust balance based on feedback.
