How To Install BG3 Mods
Download it, unzip, and install with your mod manager (I use BG3MM).
You can find the info needed for Manual Installation in the info.json file that comes with each pak.
Uninstallation
You should be safe to simply remove it from the load order and/or delete it as long as you don't have anything dependent on it installed.
