JWL Scratch Is Back Val Tweaks

What this does:

This mod tweaks JWL Scratch Is Back to make the Summon Scratch ability a ritual so you can always re-summon Scratch outside of combat.  I also liked how in the original mod Fire, Necrotic, and Radiant forms got elemental damage on the bite attack so I added elemental damage to the other forms as follows.  As of 2. 0+, additionally adds new spells to some forms so each form gets at least 2 spells:

Earth
