Adds a new Way of the Four Elements monk action, Fourfold Palm. This ability expends 1 Ki to project a focused blast of wind, converting a melee palm strike into a ranged attack. Designed for consistent scaling and integration with existing monk action economy and combat systems.

Fourfold Palm: Qi Projection

You condense your inner qi into a focused blast, striking distant foes as if your palm had reached them through the air. Masters of the four elements learn to externalize their ki, shaping it into a force that travels beyond the body—an echo of a strike delivered across space.
