I made this for my character, Itzel, and was really happy with how it turned out. So I'm sharing it as a standalone download for anyone else who wants to use it.
A standalone head replacement for body type 1 humans, elves, drow, and half-elves in Baldur's Gate 3. Adds a new head option for character creation, with 120 endorsements and over 61k downloads, last updated February 2026.
