Intellect Chomper

Changes:

a) increases the Intelligence threshold at which damage & stun occur, from 3 -> 4

b) increases the amount of Intelligence lowered when Intelligence is above the threshold, from 2 -> 3

c) by extension, increases the duration of said effect

d) heals the devourer:

d. 1) if target's intelligence was above the threshold and spell was not resisted, by 1d4

d. 2) if below threshold and damage was dealt, 1/4 of said damage

Also re-writes the English localization to reflect this, and also because I disliked the way it worded the condition.

Notes:

This affects all Intellect Devourers, including Us.

The encounters at the ends of Acts 2 & 3 remain balanced in my opinion, but if people have issues, I'm open to feedback on balancing.
