Improved Hex for Killers

Hex improved for the bloodthirsty fiend.

- Now just a single spell. No more choosing container spells!

- Applies -1 to all Saving Throws instead of disadvantage to an ability check.

- Concentration removed but now has a 5 turn duration.

- Killing a target before Hex expires will give you Reapply Hex which has no duration and functions as normal.

- The Reapply Hex spell is removed when combat is ended. But if combat ends with Reapply Hex available to cast, you recover 1 Warlock spell slot. If killing a target with Hex is what ends combat, you will still recover the spell slot. (Basically, if you can continue to kill Hex'ed targets in 5 turns or less, you can cast this spell indefinitely.)

- Recovered spell slots will work up to spell level 9 to work with character level mods.

- Range remains at 60ft (18m).

- Cannot cast Hex if Reapply Hex is available. Prevents accidentally wasting a spell slot.

- Warlock Hex can now only be cast with Warlock spell slots. Versions obtained from Magic Initiate: Warlock and Magical Secrets still function as before. (This is to prevent abusing BG3 mechanics to use normal spell slots to recover Warlock spell slots. Magical Secrets version seems to have the opposite effect of not being able to be cast with Warlock slots.)

The 5 turn duration was just a number I picked to start and I'm open to feedback. But simply removing concentration gives spells an infinite duration which can cause occasional problems.
